We cannot recommend Sandy enough. I contacted Sandy when we were still in CA heading up to Portland for a scouting trip. Sandy did a great job for us. At the beginning she provided practical recommendations for what to fix up (at reasonable or minimal cost) that would help the house sell quickly. She has great connections to other agents, so our house had a lot of showings in a very brief time. Sandy is an exceptional realtor. Looking back, I realize I may not have been the easiest client. I appreciated that she was always very responsive to my thoughts and concerns. She helped me with things that I think a lot of other realtors would have left me on own with. Besides the customer service, money is an important consideration when picking a realtor. You want to make sure you get what the house is worth. My home took a little while to sell (3 months -not unusual in that price range)- but we got the price I wanted. In fact, it sold over the asking price (after putting on a needed new roof).
